    The Rudy's Barbershop Manager is a self-motivated, creative, brand ambassador with true entrepreneurial spirit -someone who can take our 25-year-old "start-up" community barbershop to the next level. Embodying the Rudy's culture, our managers are true originals who lead, inspire, and develop our incredible and diverse group of stylists, colorists, and front-desk members.


    • Reports to the Regional Director of Shops
    • Encourage an exciting, productive working environment that helps spread our global brand while working closely with your Regional Director and Headquarters team
    • Facilitate team growth through regular reviews of performance and retail goals
    • Exceed shop goals with accountability through coaching and encouraging your team to be the best they can be
    • Be able to plan and implement a strategic schedule for maximum productivity
    • Achieve optimal retail sales by making sure all of our clients receive superb chair education
    • Work to make sure that every client walks away from your shop with the best possible haircut and customer service
    • Manage the day-to-day financials of a busy barbershop/community center
    • Preserve the beauty of the shop through rigorous cleanliness standards
    • Instill pride in employees through excellence and community involvement
    • Always serve as a Rudy's ambassador, spreading global awareness of our mission and brand
    • Utilize a tight inventory management system and "smart spending" on expenditures to maximize fiscal growth while increasing controllable profit
    • Creatively schedule employees to encourage shop growth and high morale
    • Develop an open door, one-on-one relationship with your team members to increase transparency
    • Hire and develop a talented and motivated team of stylists, colorists, and receptionists
    • Demonstrate leadership ability and superior interpersonal skills to motivate others
    • Persevere in the face of challenges, adapt to changing environments, and push yourself to do whatever it takes to improve and develop
    • Utilize excellent critical thinking skills, including the ability to accurately link cause and effect and to generate relevant solutions to problems
    • Possess superior organizational abilities, planning well and managing responsibilities effectively
    • Respect individuals' diverse experiences and work effectively with people from a variety of backgrounds
    • Uphold our high standards through consistent implementation of Rudy's policies and procedures
    • Above all, always set the bar high through dedication, hard work, and excellence


    • Has at least 2 years of management experience
    • Has managed a team of 10+
