Rudy’s is looking for a unicorn. Simple, right? This role is for you if anyone has ever called you a “jack of all trades” or if you crave a creative, fun and hardworking atmosphere where you can truly see your work brought to life (not just left on the cutting room floor). Brand and product art direction experience are a must. You should also demonstrate the ability to work at both the strategic level (campaign work) and the production level (designing, shooting, producing). We’re not looking for an “ideas only” art director, but someone who can actually produce and execute work. The Art Director will report to the Director of Marketing, but will also work closely and independently with multiple departments to optimize existing content resources and ensure alignment and consistency at all touch points. The Art Director will be responsible for overseeing the ongoing development of Rudy’s visual identity, direction and production of all photography, and design of all print and digital collateral. In return, you will become part of a small but growing team that gets to continue to push the envelope and redefine an industry.
